Trading Rules

    Please read our trading rules carefully. All traders must follow these guidelines to maintain fair play and eligibility for payouts.

    Challenge Eligibility

    • All traders must be 18 years or older
    • One account per person - multiple accounts are prohibited
    • You must pass identity verification before payouts
    • Users from restricted jurisdictions are not eligible
    • Previous Solvyr account termination results in permanent ban

    Trading Rules

    • All trades must be placed through the Solvyr platform only
    • Minimum bet size: 1% of account balance
    • Maximum bet size: 10% of account balance
    • Only pre-game and live betting on available markets
    • Parlays and teasers are not allowed
    • Same-game parlays are prohibited
    • All trades must be placed before event start time (unless live betting)

    Profit Targets

    • Target must be met within the challenge timeframe
    • Only closed positions count toward the target
    • Open positions at challenge end do not count
    • Target is calculated on net profit only
    • Bonus funds (if any) do not count toward target
    • Draws are considered as push (no action)

    Time Limits

    • Challenge starts immediately upon purchase
    • Time runs continuously - no pauses
    • Challenge ends automatically at deadline
    • No extensions are granted for any reason
    • All positions must be closed before deadline
    • Pending bets after deadline are canceled

    Prohibited Behavior

    • No arbitrage or matched betting
    • No use of bots or automated trading
    • No account sharing or multi-user access
    • No market manipulation or inside information
    • No bonus abuse or promotional exploitation
    • No trading during technical issues

    Payout Rules

    • Payouts are processed within 7 business days of passing
    • Minimum payout amount is $100
    • Verification required before first payout
    • Payout methods: Bank Transfer, PayPal, Crypto
    • All payouts are final once processed
    • Tax documentation may be required

    Violation Consequences

    Violations are categorized by severity

    Minor Violation

    Warning or position void
    • - Exceeding max bet size by small margin
    • - Placing trades outside allowed timeframe
    • - Minor account discrepancies

    Moderate Violation

    Challenge void, account suspension
    • - Multiple accounts detected
    • - Repeated rule violations
    • - Attempting to exploit system bugs

    Severe Violation

    Permanent account ban, forfeiture of funds
    • - Use of automated trading/bots
    • - Market manipulation
    • - Fraud or identity theft

    Agreement

    By creating an account and participating in any challenge, you agree to abide by all trading rules and terms of service. Failure to comply may result in account termination and forfeiture of any funds.
