Information We Collect

Solvyr Play collects information needed to operate accounts, wallet features, promotional prediction experiences, identity verification, compliance checks, support, and security controls.

Account Information

  • Email address and authentication identifiers.
  • Display name, profile settings, and account preferences.
  • Eligibility information such as name, date of birth, and state of residence when provided.

Gameplay and Wallet Activity

  • Prediction selections, odds, stakes, results, and grading history.
  • Gold Coins (GC) and Sweeps Coins (SC) balances, claims, purchases, redemptions, and ledger activity.
  • Boosts, promotions, leaderboard participation, and reward activity.

Device, Location, and Compliance Data

Solvyr Play uses location information to verify eligibility and comply with restrictions. Device location is checked first, and IP location may be used as a fallback.

The app tracks location verification status, detected state, and verification timestamp. Precise GPS coordinates are not stored unless a future compliance requirement makes that necessary.

Identity Verification

Identity verification may be handled by Stripe Identity. Solvyr Play does not store identity document images in its database.

Verification status, timestamps, and Stripe verification session identifiers may be stored to manage redemption eligibility.

Push Notifications

Push notification tokens and preferences are used only for enabled notification categories, such as settled picks, daily claim reminders, promotions, and leaderboard updates.

How Information Is Used

Solvyr Play uses technical, administrative, and access-control safeguards designed to protect account and wallet data. No system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Data Retention

Records may be retained as needed to operate accounts, comply with legal and financial obligations, resolve disputes, enforce rules, and support fraud prevention.

  • You can request password reset from Account settings.
  • You can contact support about account access, privacy requests, or deletion requests.
