Terms for using the Solvyr Play promotional prediction and sweepstakes entertainment experience.

Overview

Solvyr Play is a promotional prediction and sweepstakes entertainment experience. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to follow these Terms, the Official Rules, and all posted policies.

These Terms are designed for in-app disclosure and account guidance. They do not replace final legal review before public launch.

Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old.
  • You must be located in a permitted jurisdiction when using restricted features.
  • Void where prohibited.
  • Solvyr Play may verify age, identity, and location before allowing Sweeps Coins use or redemptions.

Account Rules

  • One account per eligible person unless Solvyr Play expressly allows otherwise.
  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
  • You may not transfer, sell, share, or misuse your account.
  • Solvyr Play may review accounts for fraud, abuse, duplicate activity, or eligibility concerns.

Gold Coins

Gold Coins are for entertainment use only and have no cash value. Gold Coins cannot be redeemed for cash, prizes, or anything of value.

Gold Coins may be received through purchases, daily claims, promotions, or other app features. Purchasing Gold Coins does not improve odds or guarantee prizes.

Sweeps Coins

Sweeps Coins are promotional entries subject to eligibility, the Official Rules, identity verification, location restrictions, and compliance review.

Sweeps Coins cannot be purchased directly. Bonus Sweeps Coins may be included with eligible Gold Coin packages where available, and free methods of entry are available.

No Purchase Necessary

No purchase is necessary to obtain Sweeps Coins. Free Sweeps Coins may be available through the Daily Free SC Claim, promotional offers, and mail-in request methods described in the Official Rules.

Location Restrictions

Solvyr Play uses location checks to help determine whether restricted features are available in your jurisdiction. Certain locations may be blocked from purchases, picks, Sweeps Coins use, redemptions, or other features.

Manual profile information, including selected state of residence, is not the enforcement method for location restrictions.

Identity Verification / KYC

Identity verification may be required before Sweeps Coins redemption. Verification may be handled by Stripe Identity or another approved provider.

Failure to complete verification, inconsistent information, or eligibility concerns may delay or prevent redemption.

Redemptions

Redemptions are subject to eligibility, account review, identity verification, location verification, minimum redemption requirements, and the Official Rules.

Solvyr Play may delay, deny, or cancel redemption requests when required for compliance, fraud prevention, or account review.

Prohibited Conduct

  • Using automation, bots, scripts, exploits, or unauthorized tools.
  • Creating duplicate accounts or providing false information.
  • Attempting to bypass location, age, identity, or eligibility controls.
  • Abusing promotions, free entry methods, wallet flows, or leaderboard mechanics.
  • Harassing users, staff, or support channels.

Suspension / Account Review

Solvyr Play may suspend, restrict, or review accounts when activity appears inconsistent with these Terms, the Official Rules, responsible play standards, fraud controls, or legal requirements.

Responsible Play

Solvyr Play is intended for entertainment. Set personal limits, take breaks, and do not chase losses. Responsible Play tools and support resources are available in the app.

Changes to Terms

Solvyr Play may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after updates means you accept the updated Terms.
